Kids go free at the Chinese Garden of Friendship

About this event

The Chinese Garden of Friendship is the perfect school holiday escape, filled with winding paths, sparkling lakes and treasures waiting to be discovered. On weekdays during the winter school holidays, don’t miss Kung Fu Animal Adventures , a fun and interactive 20-minute session where kids can learn basic Kung Fu moves, practice animal-inspired Tai Chi poses and discover simple mindfulness breathing techniques. Little adventurers can take on The Emperor’s Quest, a free self‑guided mission to find the 12 animals of the Chinese lunar calendar hidden throughout the Garden. Along the way, they’ll uncover stories of the zodiac and explore waterfalls, pavilions and secret corners that spark imagination. Each day at 11:30am, kids can also enjoy feeding the fish while watching the magnificent koi surge through the lakes for their lunch. It’s a playful, up-close encounter that delights children and grownups alike.
