Take on the ultimate HYROX simulation at F45 Darlinghurst and test yourself in a race-style event designed to mirror the structure and feel of a real HYROX competition.

This event will follow the same station format as HYROX, giving you the chance to practice your pacing, transitions, endurance, and race strategy in a supportive but challenging environment.

Participants will be set off in 10-minute waves to create a smooth event flow and allow everyone to perform at their best. Whether you’re training for an upcoming HYROX event or simply want to challenge yourself, this is a great opportunity to experience the demands of race day.

What to expect: A full HYROX-style simulation, Standard HYROX station format, 10-minute wave starts, A high-energy, supportive atmosphere, and coaches on hand to guide the event
