STRYDE4 Day Northern Beaches
About this event
STRYDE4 Day is a 8km coastal walk from Manly to Curl Curl and back, bringing together locals, schools and businesses for a day of movement, connection and impact.
Along the way, participants will experience 15 immersive “Activation Zones” - think ice baths, silent discos, team challenges, live entertainment and more.
What makes STRYDE4 different? You choose the cause you want to support. Funds raised go directly to charities across six sectors including mental health, cancer, disability, families, Indigenous and environment - with 100% of donations going to impact projects.
Open to all ages and fitness levels, this is a fun, inclusive day designed to get the community moving, connecting and giving back - all set against our stunning Northern Beaches coastline.
