Healthy Families Program at Marrickville West Public School

Held after school, the program combines enjoyable physical activities, games, and hands‑on healthy eating experiences in a welcoming community setting.Children aged 7 to 13 attend alongside a parent or carer, with sessions designed to boost confidence, encourage active play, and support families to make small, sustainable lifestyle changes. The program focuses on practical skills, teamwork, and having fun.The program is free and delivered by qualified health promotion staff from Sydney Local Health District.

Held once a week for 8 weeks, every Tuesday from 28 April to 16 June.
